About Phoenix Communications II

We've got some exciting news for everyone! 🎉
We've reached an agreement with Northern Connections LLC. We're glad to say that Phoenix Communications II LLC has taken over ALL network operations! In the next few days and weeks, we'll be performing inventory and prioritizing a substantial workload from the previous company.
WHAT THIS MEANS FOR CURRENT NOCO CUSTOMERS:
• Your service will remain uninterrupted and online!
• You will no longer be a Northern Connections customer!
• You will now be a Phoenix Communications II customer!
• You will have local tech support again!
WHAT THIS MEANS FOR PREVIOUS NOCO CUSTOMERS:
• Phoenix Communications II would LOVE to onboard you to our network!
• If your equipment has remained untouched (dish, cabling, router, etc) we can turn your service back on in the coming weeks with a simple phone call or email!
• If your equipment has been disconnected or unplugged, same as above after it's plugged back in!
• If your equipment has been damaged or removed, this will require scheduling a service call to reactivate service.
NEW CUSTOMERS INTERESTED IN WIRELESS INTERNET:
• We will not be performing new installs at this time.
• We WOULD love to add you to our site survey list to see if you qualify for wireless service! I'll post the contact information for this in the coming days.
‼️ PREVIOUS AND CURRENT CUSTOMERS WHO WISH TO MIGRATE OVER ‼️
Please login to the old customer portal at portal.phoenixwisp.com and make sure all your information is up to date! It's ESPECIALLY important your email is one that's checked frequently (Gmail, iCloud, etc). Also check that your phone number and service address is correct. We'll be pulling the customer info from this database.
PLEASE NOTE:
• Subscribers that are being incorrectly billed for discontinued, disconnected, or unavailable services from Northern Connections will need to email us for corrections or cancellations.
• Neither Phoenix Comms or Black Mesa Tech are hiring at this time (sorry).
• Service calls will be handled by Hannah Freeman & Will Merrill. I'll post contact information shortly for scheduling purposes. Service calls will be prioritized by severity and on a case-by-case basis. We have our hands full 🫶🏻
• Phoenix Communications II & Black Mesa Technologies are still NOT affiliated with the Northern Connections business. We will be taking over network operations and support. We can restore your service if you've been shut off due to previous billing problems, but cannot help with past due balances on either end.
• Neither Will or myself have been paid for our services keeping NoCo customers online. We have donated countless hours and a substantial amount of funds to keep the network operational for the community. Will's GoFundMe unfortunately didn't go far at all, so please bear with us as we're doing this at cost to us. 😬
We're looking to bring back the fastest Wireless Internet service in the NEK, for locals by locals! For those of you that have stuck it out and supported our efforts, we thank you all! If it wasn't for the support of this community we wouldn't be able to do this! Are you excited? Because We Are!
